Commercializing Innovation
Seminar Description:
Looking for great idea to help your organization become more globally competitive?
Have a great idea but not sure what to do with it?
Innovation ranges from the way we do business to the products that we sell. Some say ‘If you are not innovating, you may be dying’. Too often many great ideas do not even make it to market. Whether your idea is in the form of a product, a service, or even something intangible, it needs to be commercialized in order to enhance competitiveness and create new business value.
This full-day workshop will help you establish a process for innovation and commercialization to help you become more globally competitive. During this interactive workshop, facilitator Jeff Jennings, SDCI will discuss:
· where innovative ideas come from
· key inputs to innovation
· how companies are fostering innovation
· strategies for commercialization
· business value creation
· making it happen and measuring success
Target audience: companies looking to manage, develop and foster innovation within their organization including business leaders, entrepreneurs, marketing / sales staff and product development specialists.
