Most would agree that having an engaged workforce is a good thing. Most would also agree that an engaged workforce doesn’t “just happen” – rather, creating and maintaining a culture of engagement requires intentional effort on the part of leadership.
Six experts will explore the factors that are known to have the greatest impact on engagement, such as leadership, trust, generational differences, rewards, performance management, and conflict resolution. Practical tips rooted in current theory will be shared to help you gain a better understanding of how to create an engaged workforce.

She has over twenty-five years broad-based experience consulting, training and working in Human Resources with both large and small organizations in New Brunswick. Most recently, her HR clients have included a large transportation company, a small municipal agency, as well as small organizations in the not-for profit sector. Betty spends a lot of time thinking about multi-generational issues and finding practical solutions for these issues.
