Presenter: Revolution Strategy

In the session we will discuss the brief history of social media and how it has evolved into such a significant part of our daily lives and part of the fabric of our culture in such a short time. The presentation will examine some of the challenges of entering into social media, best practices in the channel and the differences in consumer expectations in the social media space compared to traditional marketing channels. It will also walk through the important considerations and steps for any company large or small wanting to develop and execute a successful social media strategy.
