Seminar Description:
Toiling alone in an office or plant is not common in today’s sophisticated workplace. Instead, projects are conceived and created by groups of highly-specialized and specifically trained employees.
For progress and productivity to follow, it is vital that the “group” becomes a “team,” working together for a common goal, on time and on target. If group members instead engage in turf wars and mistrust, the best ideas can be derailed.
Open and honest communication is essential and all members must feel they can participate in decisions that affect the team.
Join our one day workshop to learn how to transform your workforce from individuals to highly productive teams.
At our workshop, facilitator Ginette Morrison Branch of Pro-Results will guide you the tools to assess a team’s functioning and identify areas for development.
In just one day you will learn:
- How to recognize the stages of team development
- How to deal constructively with team issues
- How to establish a solid team foundation
