The Fredericton Chamber of Commerce encourages you to join us during Mental Health Week to learn life-improving tips on how to care for your mental health and to celebrate the life of Kasey Atwin - a former student intern of the chamber.
During this event, Robin Ward, Program Coordinator at the Canadian Mental Health Association of New Brunswick will speak on the following topics:
Stress Management - Stress is a normal part of everyday life but when our stress becomes chronic and unmanageable we become ill. Learn what stress is and how to manage it early to avoid becoming sick. Your mental health matters!
Work/Life Balance – With ever-increasing workloads, busy family lives and other stressors - maintaining a balanced lifestyle can be challenging. Evaluate your balance and learn tips to better align your many responsibilities to maintain your health.
