Your Mental Health Matters!
Your Mental Health Matters!
The Fredericton Chamber of Commerce encourages you to join us during Mental Health Week to learn life-improving tips on how to care for your mental health.
During this event, Joan Wright of Joan Wright and Associations Inc. will speak on the following topics:
First Session: "Am I stressed?" Stress is like the leftovers we have in our refrigerators. Sometimes those left overs are there so long that they smell up our life and we do not know how to throw them out. This session will identify the symptoms of stress and the impact on your body, brain and mind.
Second Session: “Getting in the Driver’s Seat and taking care of Business”: Stress has become toxic when it smells up your life and prevents the experience of happiness. This session will offer interventions, some easy that you can do on your own, and some more comprehensive, depending on how much stress you are experiencing. The focus will be on helping you get in the driver’s seat so that you can develop a daily practice to dump your stress left overs.
