Husband-and-wife team Chef Peter Tompkins and Jennie Wilson returned to their home province in June 2017. Peter previously served as Head Chef in midtown Toronto at Quince Bistro (2007-2016) and Noorden Food Bar (2017).
With a focus on Maritime hospitality and locally sourced ingredients, 11th mile brings a Social Dining scene to Fredericton. Small, shareable plates and a craft cocktail menu encourage friends to come together and stay awhile.
