About Us
The DECH Auxiliary is a not for profit charitable organization. We operate a gift shop, coffee shop and hair salon at the Dr. Everett Chalmers Regional Hospital. Profits from these businesses are donated back to the hospital in the form of much needed equipment and patient comforts. We are the oldest continually operating hospital Auxiliary in Canada. Our history dates back to 1891. Our organization was incorporated in 1991.
