These rates are non- last room availability and are net non-commissionable. These rates do not include applicable provincial and local taxes. Throughout the next year we will review the volume of room nights actualized by Fredericton Chamber of Commerce and the Delta Hotels Marriott Fredericton reserves the right to re-evaluate your productivity quarterly to see if your volume continues to warrant this discount. Parking is $13.00 /day plus tax. If for any reason when making a reservation and the hotel advertised rate’s lower than the above corporate rates then the reservation for that date will be made at the lower rate.
