Many of us have gone through some very challenging times over the past 2 and half years (for some, the last 2 years have only exacerbated their stress).  Participants will understand the role of stress hormones and how they impact our sleep, weight, energy, among other things, and how to bring them back into balance for better resilience and well-being while some of these challenges may or may not be present.  We’ll be addressing the how and why of some key lifestyle habits that play a significant role in bringing our physiology back into balance.
