Fredericton Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting

Join us for the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce Annual General Meeting where our 2025-2026 board of directors and the 2024-2025 financial statement will be presented.

Please note: All members of the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce are entitled to one vote.  If you are note a member of the chamber you are not entitled to vote.

In accordance with the Fredericton Chamber of Commerce bylaws, approved by a majority vote of the membership in attendance on June 14, 2019 to our AGM, and by Innovation Science and Economic Development Canada on October 4, 2019 pursuant to the Boards of Trade Act, a special resolution of the membership is required to vote in all new members at a quarterly meeting of members. The second quarterly meeting of 2025 will take place at the Annual General Meeting.
